2-alarm fire in SW Charlotte
No injuries were reported this afternoon after a two-alarm fire at a commercial building in southwest Charlotte.

The fire was reported about 1 p.m. at a one-story building in a business park, in the 4700 block of Dwight Evans Road. That is off the Billy Graham Parkway.

Charlotte firefighters were met with heavy smoke conditions when they arrived at the scene.

A second alarm was sounded, to give firefighters support in the 90-degree temperatures. Charlotte fire Capt. Rob Brisley said two hose lines were being used at the scene.
